Finance
The work, shown in your numbers.
Invoicing and billing built for you and run with you, plus the KPI reviews that show what the work returned. Operations you can read, not accounting.

Pabeltec builds and runs invoicing and billing for clients on its own platform, with access set up together as part of the engagement, and reviews every engagement in the client's own KPIs and ROI. This is the pillar that keeps the other two honest: a business led by its numbers has to be able to see them. Finance here means operations you can read: clean invoices your customers actually receive, billing that matches the work, and numbers reviewed from the business point of view. It does not mean bookkeeping, tax, or accounting services; your accountant stays your accountant.
If bookkeeping and payroll are the part that hurts
For most small businesses it is not the accounting that hurts, it is what feeds it: invoices sent from three different places, payroll hours living in a spreadsheet somebody forgot to update, and a month-end scramble to reconstruct what actually happened. Pabeltec fixes the systems, not the books. We build and run the invoicing, billing and records layer so the work is captured once, at the moment it happens, and the numbers your accountant and your payroll provider receive arrive clean. The bookkeeping gets easier because there is less of it to untangle, not because we took it over.
What the work covers
Invoicing and billing, run with you
Built for your business on the Pabeltec platform and operated together: access is set up with you as part of the engagement.
KPI and ROI reviews
Every engagement is reviewed in your own numbers, from the business point of view. The return is visible or it is not done.
Numbers your accountant can use
Clean, consistent records of the work and what it billed, handed off in a shape the books can absorb.
Is this accounting?
No. Pabeltec does not do bookkeeping, tax preparation, or accounting. We build and run the operational side: the invoicing and billing your customers see, and the KPI reviews that tell you what the work returned. Your accountant keeps the books; we make sure the numbers they receive are clean.
